Newbie to suppressors, sorry for the DA question
    Question:
    On silencer shop website -
after my silencer info - is "Form 4: Signatures Complete"

Does that mean that the check was sent to ATF?
If not, how do you know your check was sent?

    Thanks

It will update to say Form 4 mailed on with the date. Next update you will see is the check cash date. Then the real wait starts.

Over. Look for it sometime around the last week of January or the first week of February.

I hope I'm wrong, but this would be my guess if I'm putting money on it.

    Good Luck!

These wait times make me wish I had put in a tax stamp a while ago. Now I’m getting too close to moving, and I don’t have time to submit it without having to hassle of changing addresses on all the forms. Ugh.

    Check cashed on 3/11/18
Can pick the suppressors up today 9/25/18

I have a can form 4 individual check cashed 4/9/18

Do hopefully I only have another month but I won’t get my hopes up, the last one was over 9 months I believe

    Here’s to hoping!

How common is it for only one of multiple stamps to be received? I submitted 2 on the same
Cashed check back in January. Just got a call that one stamp was received but not the other..

    Approved 9-18

    Individual or trust?

IIRC, trusts are taking about a month longer than individuals.

I did. Went very snoothly, but my sense is that it probably added another month or two to the turn around time. But, it worked just fine.

Thanks. I did too. I don't care about the wait. I didn't realize I would have to get a notary and do a bunch of paperwork to list my family. I thought I could do it right during the application.

Oh well, seems like the better way to go.
