No, that red shell is a standard 12 gauge marine flare. The blue insert has a rib in it to prevent regular 12 gauge shells from being fully inserted. Non-rifiled, so no mini 12 gauge soup for me.

A marine flare is nasty. It will go thru both sides of a hollow core door.

All the other inserts are rifled.

Ah... that makes sense. If someone could handle a 12 ga out of one of those without breaking their wrists, I'd be impressed.

Speaking of which... I'd bet my marine flares are just about to hit their expiration date.... I'm going to have to "safely dispose" of those soon :-)

For those here who are knowledgeable about signaling devices... does anyone know if a modern 37mm pyrotechnic or smoke round is OK to fire out of an older 37mm gas gun (like a SM 276 or a Federal labs 203).... my guess is they are pretty much the same, but I thought I would ask the brain trust.

Snatched a Def-Tec 1315 37mm off Gunbroker. Not that it matters but the trigger is really nice!

    Bears a similarity to these:
    Webley & Scott No.1 Mk I
H&R M1900 (which was the basis of the No.1 Mk I)

What happened to the $1699 deal in another thread?

The Kygunco.com deal is still valid.

It appears people are not doing their homework, ordering from classic. Most other online pricing is around $2899.

Classic found another one, only 3 left now. lol
