      Just sat in my office and listened to the whole thing. IMO, while not experts on firearms I think the judges understood enough of the subject matter to "see through" the ridiculousness of the state's defense. They also seemed to become irritated with Fader dancing around their more pointed...

      IMO, the lawyer did a terrible job arguing his point. He let's them frame the argument around self defense, this is where we loose. Heller said commonly held for all legal purposes, not just self defense. The judges keep focusing on the self defense argument which is only one of many legal uses.

      How did your state of residence enter into the conversation, credit/debit card transaction? Paying in cash at shows seems to alleviate alot of "uneasiness" with selling Marylanders items.

      Just because you CAN do something, does not mean you SHOULD do it. Carrying long guns at the mall or market or the like is just plan stupid. Not only is it unnessesary, but it makes the public think the 2A community as a whole is crazy. This hurts us in the long run.
