      Cable lock needed when selling handgun in MD?

      I am going to sell my G19 to a friend in MD. It has the integrated lock in the grip, so do I need to include a cable padlock? I haven't seen the red lock that came with it since I bought it. We plan to go to the MSP barracks to fill out the paperwork, so I don't want any snags to pop up.
