      the class or the member certification? I think they have a holster draw certification for members that runs $20, and a separate 2 hour holster draw and reload class that costs $90.

      if they can vote in jail, they should be able to have guns in jail. oh, wait... In all seriousness, there should be an automatic restoration of rights if no further offenses have occurred after X number of years after finishing their sentence/parole for a non-violent offense.

      Does it? when the Hbar nonsense due to FSA2013 first came out, I contacted RRA about their R3 upper and asked what they considered it to be. Their email said that they considered it to be a heavy barrel, but was not marked as such. so, what is it? Hbar or not?

      unless you are sure that it has never been built in any configuration, or that it's first configuration was a pistol, I personally would not wander in to that territory. I'd also want to be able to check and see how it was transferred. safest is to just buy a new lower and make sure the FFL...

      I was 18 in Massachusetts. But that was 37 years ago, and the Commonwealth is much worse for gun owners now.
