      Hey gang. I have the opportunity to purchase a S&W M&P-15T from a Virginia resident. I have read over the new laws in MD and don't see the firearm on the regulated list so I assume I can purchased it directly. Am I assuming correctly? Thanks for your wisdom.

      Utah Res vs Non Res CWP

      I've read that some states require that a permit holder be a resident before they will honor another state's CWP. Has anyone put together a list of states where this is the case? Rick
