      Why does Maryland have no RKBA in the state contitution?

      Any know the history of this? Did it ever? Was it considered unnecessary? Did people fear it due to the end of Slavery? I know there are a few others but for one of original 13 states not to have one seems odd to me.

      Mag capacity / gun purchase question....

      Hypothetical.... Is it legal if purchasing, say a pistol with 15rd mags in MD for the gun shop (in MD) doing the transfer to send the mags out of state for the owner to receive them at an out of state gun shop?
