      Cecil county 2 fatal accidents

You need to watch the bridge on Muddy Lane between 279 and 40 as well in Elkton. That one is 11' even.

Finally broke down and bought 2 cans

Good choices for your first can. I have the Hybrid and while it is a great can it can be a bit heavy on a handgun. I would recommend picking up an Octane 45. It utilizes the same pistons as your Hybrid. You can even buy them all in a set which is what I did. That way I have them all and dont...

      Suppressor wait time?

The long and short of ot is that it takes as long as it takes. The only gauge we have is how long the current batch of approvals has taken. Just because one that came back today took 4 months there is no guarantee that one submitted today wont take a year. The only way to find out how long your...

      Disposing of lead-contaminated medium

You're overthinking this. Most of what you're cleaning is powder residue and oxidation. The amount of lead is trace at best. Most lead issues from reloading come from handling bullets and shooting. Even if there is lead vaporization at firing it is pushed out of the cases by the burning powder.

      Out of State Handgun Registration?

Once it comes to a MD FFL, your chain of custody will start there. You cannot be held responsible for anything prior to the date you TAKE POSESSION after your waiting period. The worst that will happen is it might be confiscated if it winds up to be stolen.

      Ruger PC takedown $400

I am patiently waiting for them to come out with an integrally suppressed front end for them.

      How long before 77r expires?

The oldest one I processed from the other side of the counter was a hair over 9 months old so I can say at least that long. If you fill one out and it expires the only thing you're out is the 5 minutes it took to fill it out.

All PTR 91 variants a no go?

All enumerated in the law. The only one good to go is the pistol.

      HK SP89 into SBR

It does apply. In submitting the form 1, you are manufacturing a new firearm and it is subject to the 29" rule in the eyes of MSP and ATF.

      Suppressed M & P 15-22

Yep. CCI Standard Velocity and Gemtech Silencer Subsonic are all I shoot in any of my 15/22's. I also run a spacer behind my cans. They are cheap enough I just loctite a spacer on each rifle and leave it there.

      Mag Carrier Question

Another vote for tacos. They are especially useful if you run multiple platforms.

      mil-spec complete lower receiver

You can buy lowers 2 ways. If it is stripped it is subject to a 77r and 7 day wait. It can be built into a pistol or MD compliant long gun. If it os complete or has a stock attached, it transfers on a 4473 with a NICS check. If purchased that way, it can ONLY be built into a MD compliant long gun.

      Ruger AR-556 MPR

Just looked at it online and it looks like the barrel steps down under the hand guards. If that is the case then no.
