      This is extremely confusing. So if I have a receiver serial number engraved by FFL with their FFL number and serial number. They log it into their books I do not need to then register with Maryland State Police?

      yes. but i believe they wont ship a pistol grip stock or something like that. I bought a normal stock a couple years ago and they shipped with no issues. They are great.

      It appears this would work for the lower hand guard but I'm not sure about the top? Not sure how this connects to the gas block? *edit* looks like I need to replace the gas block with a standard AK gas block. This could add up quickly!

      Need to buy lower kit and bolt?

      I am in need of a complete lower kit and a bolt carrier group for an AR15 to be chambered in 300 blackout. any advice? I have the lower and upper. There are so many options. I want something decent. Does not need to be top of the line but I dont want cheap. Thanks for advice in advance!
