      Legal to pick up regulated firearm after 7 days?

      Is it legal to pick up your regulated firearm after seven days even if the paper work is not back from the MSP yet? I have heard both yes and no, depending on the views of different FFL's. And what is seven days? As in, do weekend days count or no?
