      WV seller transfer to MD buyer?

      I'm looking for a way to legally transfer a handgun (.22 derringer) to a MD buyer. I'm in the panhandle, he's near Hagerstown/Frederick.       Chiappa Double Eagle Derringer issues

      I bought this locally after looking for one for a while. It's 22LR. I also bought some Remington hollowpoint 22s at the same shop. I took it out to a friend's house to try it out.
