      Though not on the sign it is how Terry taught it, and I agree with it. No "need" to be fumbling with anything related to a firearm during a cease fire. Allowing mags to be loaded just encourages folks to creep up on the firing line.

      If no one shows up to RSO then there isn't anyone to make the judgment call. there is only three guys scheduled to pull shifts this month, last month only three pulled any shifts. A large majority of the group you trained for free have had a change of heart towards helping keep ENSF safe.
