      Cleanest 9mm Ammo? Blazer brass vs Federal vs Herters vs Winchester vs UMC, etc

      I've noticed that Federal Syntech does seem to keep my pistols a little cleaner from range usage.... even the regular Fed-AE seems to run cleaner than most.       Came with my HK pistol??? What is this part?

      I was cleaning out a cabinet. Had misc firearm parts in there. Had a bag with some old HK parts and this cleaning tool was in there. Does anyone recognize it? Trying to figure out if this came with an HK pistol that I used to own. I seem to remember it being inside the case from my old USP...
