For years, I’ve had a very similar designed/printed feeder from another guy I found on the web. This one looks very similar, with some enhancements. For those doubting, don’t. I have tens of thousands of cases fed thru a similar product. It just works. I don’t have any affiliation with...
All great inputs! I shoot all my guns, so this would be an oddball for me.
What got me thinking was looking at the current Colt SAA (all generations) and National Match / Gold Cup 1911 markets. You can’t touch a new SAA for under $2500 (list price $1799) and Gold Cups have steadily risen in...
Was wondering what everyone’s opinion is on the new Colt Python. Will it be a highly sought after collectible like the older ones are now? I had the chance to handle one the other day and the quality and feel is outstanding. Im considering buying one and putting it in the safe unfired...
Tough finding powders right now near me. Ran into a pound of Accurate 4350. Should be in the right burn rate for 140 class bullets. Not finding much info. Before I interpolate from other sources, was wondering if anyone has a load with the Accurate 4350 powder and 140 grain bullets they have...

Anyone willing to trade a brick of Large Rifle Primers for a brick of Federal 209 primers?
I’ll be in Harford County during the week of Oct 17th.
Thanks
Ken
Anyone have 32 Win Special brass? Need just a few for a new to me old Win 94.
Let me know what I can give you for it. I just moved to Florida so would have to be a mail exchange. Thanks
Picked up one of the Carcano Calvary Carbines from Classic a couple of weeks ago looking for a project. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I did NOT do the best of 10 selection. Of course it was filthy, and dinged up, but it cleaned up nice with about a weeks worth of work...
Big difference between cleaning and refinishing. I love patiently cleaning stocks to find hidden gems / markings that weren’t there before. A little fresh oiling after and good to go.
I’m going to do a little more research with the 308s I own and determine the current headspace for each. The other two, I have been loading for for years with normal trimming required every 4-5 firings, but I’ve long since forgot what I set the die to. I say I think this chamber is tighter...
Ok. Got around to measuring (with a Whiden Gun Works shoulder bump tool) the amount of shoulder bump I had set on the die in relation to this rifles chamber.
It measured at 0.0055 repeatedly compared with numerous fired cases.
Obviously too much. I’m gonna roll it down to 0.002 shoulder...
The first paragraph explains it perfectly to me.
I have the tools, will update you all when I get back from this this trip and measure it. The reason I say this chamber is tight is because fired brass from my other 308s (Winchesters) will not chamber in this rifle. I can’t even get the...
