      I did, and I thought PA gave me Delaware. Maybe it just changed, but PA does NOT give Delaware, nor Florida.

Or does a course have to explicitly advertise as such? For context, I wondering which State (if any) non-resident permit I can go for...

      +1 for Enigma. While it's not as "comfortable" as a simple AWIB clipped to a belt, the concealment and mobility while maintaining trigger safety seem un-matched. Not to mention the customization that can be accomplished to increase comfort or concealment. Always a trade-off.
