      Dimpled or un-dimpled? For real though... Dimples work on golf balls because of the size, shape and speed of the ball. A similar idea could work for bullets, but rather than dimples, you could 'roughen' the surface so it looks/feels something like 120 grit sandpaper. This would do the...
