      I also was one of the 2013 that applied. Was told I could withdraw application and receive refund or continue. I stuck it out and received the letter after the 4th decided. No Money.

      Rant - Waste Transfer Station - Montgomery County

      Carroll County shut theirs down. Lasted a week and reopened with modified residential hours, due to complaints from the public from what I read.

      Thinking about a return to fishing.

      Liberty reservoir has a bridge at Deer Park that is very popular with fisherman. Plenty of parking at the Carroll county side and a separate walkway fenced from car traffic. I’ve never fished that area but read about it on some of the Facebook sites when searching.

      I also used City of Laurel police department for Florida renewal a few months back. No wait but check hours on web site. They are strict at cut off time being 30 minutes prior to close.

      Patapsco Avalon area was the best but became over used. Now popular is the Patapsco Thru trail. Different spots to start. Old court bridge is popular starting point up river or down and crossing at Old Green bridge. Enjoy.

      If they are being sold in Maryland, the only legal build configuration would be a handgun. HQL required for all handgun purchases. This would be my guess as to needing HQL.

      HQL Submission Issue Help Request

      Just checked my status. Exactly the same as above but the date is 10/2/13. Ibadan my prints done yesterday at FYI in Ellicott City.

      HQL and CCW license

      Training class has to meet the state of Maryland's criteria. Which right now is DNR class or people who have applied to be accepted. Fingerprint requirement will be exempt for the select few. That in itself is part of the lawsuits.

      The FFL in question posted all requirements on this forum if it is the same one. And yes they are an IP. I also have a rifle there and read those requirements prior to transfer. FYI in Ellicott city will do prints for $38.00.

      All handguns picked up after Oct 1 will require the new HQL. Purchase order only is being used for guns being banned. You can still buy handguns after the first but will need to meet the the requirements.
