15-20%. We went on a fishing trip this weekend and tipped 40% because they worked their ass off. We always tip well and they works in our favor when re-booking.
I have an S20 in 6.5 CM. It’s accurate and fun to shoot. Sako/tikka have some of the smoothest factory actions. If you’re near AGC you’re welcome to meet me up there and shoot it if you like.
I have one on one of my hunting rifles, ( remington 700 ) I like it because it helps with my big hands when I have gloves on in the winter. It depends on application.
I use a suppressed 300 blackout AR-15 on pigs with a good copper solid Barnes or Hornady. I have a leupold and night vision scope both on quick detach ADM mounts and it works like a champ.
What outfitter are you going with? We had one stand us up down there last year.
Dan at Bangsteel is great highly recommend him. Whatever Rifle you decided on practice, practice practice if you want to make long shots on an animal. I use a .300 win mag out west. It does come with more recoil. I shot an Antelope at 410 yard and Mule deer and 219 yards this year and both...
You would have to get a hunting permit for their season’s and use that to access your property if there is no ROW. But you would only be allowed on blackwater during their season with a weapon that is legal on their property.
Is there a deeded right of way through blackwater to this property? If not you’ll need to get permits to go through blackwater, also their hunting season’s aren’t the same as MD and no rifles ( shotguns are ok in season )on blackwater. Also you can’t be on the refuge outside of their hunting...
2 bushel's if you have 2 licensed people on board. I've caught my limit with neck's many times before. I prefer clam's and feel they catch more side by side. There's a reason many of the commercial guy's use clams over fowl neck's.
Razor clam's, they out catch fowl neck IMO. but more of a pain to get and deal with as they have to be fresh. as the summer goes you can get away with fowl neck's or whatever other bait you want.
If you want a Rifle county for deer you're going to need to go to the lower eastern shore or western MD. Where are you located, I lease a few properties a year to hunt, and hear about several others that come up word of mouth.
I’d go with the 5-25. Realistically how often are you going to shoot past 1 mile around here. I’ve shot out to 1040 yards with a 12 power scope on my 300 win mag and did well.
