MD “One purchase a month” Law Question
I ran into this a month or so ago, did paperwork on 6/4 and got "not disapproved" on 6/11. Went in to get the gun, everything was fine. What training to take?
After my HQL, I took a fundamentals course at a range, although not the official "NRA" course but covered a lot of the same information. No email on 7th day, status is "Second review".
One thing I found out that I'd thought I share. Maybe everyone knows this except for me for purchasing two handguns across the 30 day limit. I did my paperwork for a handgun on 6.4 and got my "not disapproved" on 6.11 at 6am. I picked up the gun later that day. I didnt plan on buying another...- freedomtothepeople

I wanted a cz but ended with a shield
I have a shield 2.0 EZ and the CZP10 C. Both are great guns but as you know the inventory is tough now. I am hoping it gets better but with the election coming up, supply chain may be tight until 2021. took a couple extra safety courses and a range instruction course.
