      Target shooting in backyard? (Map attached - Carroll County)

      I live in cc. Between eldersburg and Westminster (By Morgan run). I have just under 3 acres. At the very back end of my property I have built a shooting backstop. I rented a tracked bobcat and moved dirt from my own property to build a U shaped dirt backstop about 8 feet high and 10 feet wide...

      Lol, 1,000 rounds. Bud I had a pallet delivered one time before a group of guys took a trip. 20,000 rounds (10,000 9mm, 10,000 5.56). Order away.

      Who needs a gun when staying at the DC Hilton

      DC is shall issue and the DCMPD has been awesome to work with. Find an instructor online, there’s a good one in Carroll County, take the two day class and off you go. DC will even do preliminary approval giving you 60 days to take the class after you’ve been approved!!

      Need clarifications on weapon discharge on private land distance laws

      There is a great app called HuntStand which shows you property lines, owner names, and distances from a specific point (helpful when trying to determine the 150 yards).
