      MD could, and should, recognize reciprocity to other states. Many of those 'other states' training requirements exceed the MD requirements. The background check, fingerprinting, and other hoops to jump through are all the same. So what is the issue with reciprocity?

      Randy at CPC did the work on my 10/22. http://www.ct-precision.com Trigger, bolt, barrel, bolt hold-open... the whole enchilada. Awesome work, and the result was a rifle that will group @ .219 (average) or better @ 50 yards. I have multiple targets to prove it.

      I'm with you on that. I have permits granted in two states with reciprocity for most of the rest of the country, but not in the communist state of maryland.

      The longest range at my club is 100 yards, so my Larue is optimized at that range. 18" barrel, two 20 round magazines of Privi Match, and 39 rounds went into the X or the 10 ring. That is pretty accurate in my estimation...
