      Bought an airsoft AR-15

      Good call... I can personally vouch for that being a true statement unfortunately. Airsoft is a blast though, and with the right ones, it's a great way to practice rifle and pistol skills, and in the right environment, tactical team training as well. Also good for testing gear setups.

      Some dots are just trash too. Not saying they're all bad, but I recently tried to help my dad with a Vortex that simply wouldn't hold zero. Depending on what you have, that could be the issue.

      Big 2.5 or small/medium 3.5. The headgear isn't heavy enough for anything older. If you live in an area where there's few hunters and cars, might be worth letting him go another year.

      I'm not even old and plates are the first thing I'd dump if I had to leave my vehicle or apartment behind for good. Someday when I get the ones that are buoyant, that'll be a different story.

      I used the standard one from age 5, and it still is comfortable to shoot 25 yearslayer. Don't recall ever having issues as a kid either.

      Looks absurd. But I like it. Innovation is good. We're worse off because capacity limits are already 'acceptable'. NYC has 5 round capacity for all rifles and shotguns as probably the most extreme example. And of course SCOTUS is nowhere to be found...

      You might be able to find a dealer who can do it for you at a discount. I never ordered custom, but I worked with one in FL a few times, and he'd get the parts to me for about 40% off MSRP. Granted, this was pre-wuflu...

      Usually Keltec gets the bugs out after 6-8 months, which I think we're well past. Pre wuflu, you might have still had some of the 'older ones floating around but now? Doubt it... Try seeing if the local shops will order for you. You'll probably wait and probably pay more than you would like...

      Makes sense to me. Obviously if they can get an illegal firearm, then this will prevent them from getting ammo and illegally murdering someone, and maybe even from parking illegally too....

      Mossberg 500 slug gun...trash?

      Most starter scopes are good for weighing down paper, or smashing ants on concrete. I've never had issues with Vortex optics, but I'd recommend research first; not sure how they hold up to that kind of recoil. Otherwise I like Leupold.
