      Is being handicapped a good and substantial reason in Md? I've looked and can't find an answer.

      Has anyone had trouble printing the 77r application off the MSP website. And if im asking something that has been discussed before I'm new and cant find the thread. Both times I've applied i couldn't print the application

      Try this again. I've been watching the Md 2a proceedings on here and thought it was time i joined up. Don't hunt as much as i used to but still like to keep the cobwebs out of the barrels shooting at paper and steel. Looking forward to making new friends.
