I'd say check Gunbroker for completed auctions for similar rifles and shave off around 10% off the final price. I was able to get my milsurp sold off in a good amount of time.
I vote Beryl. The fit and finish is excellent and has options for easy "modernization". Arms of America offes a pinning service for the mag that comes with the rifle and any additional mags. The pin is easily removable if you go over state lines.
