      Anybody know laws of selling a lower to a CA resident?

      I'm selling an AR10 stripped lower receiver on ar15.com and a CA resident wants to buy it. Anybody know the laws applicable here or point me towards a website? A google search didn't give me anything definitive.

      GS for pin/weld a FH?

      Can someone recommend a gunsmith for pinning and welding a flash hider on a 14.5" barrel for me? I'm in Jarrettsville, so driving around the Baltimore metropolitan area is expected.

      I want to put a short barrel on a rifle (under 16"). Do I just take the said AR to an FFL and they fill out the paperwork and submit it for me?
