      I originally responded back to the builder with telling him he can or could ship directly to me. He's good with that and yes I am a VA resident.

      I have a M1A receiver that I purchased and shipped to me at my FFL, picked up the receiver after the NICS, I sent that receiver out to be assembled into a rifle (builder), can't that ship directly back to me since I have already cleared the NICS for the receiver? No difference correct? Or why...

      WOW LOL so someone coming to MD from VA to shoot with a FRIEND and doesn't live here has a newer M1A is ILLEGAL even if they are returning the same day? That's insanity...... So does this cover the 6 sheriffs in the counties who say they REFUSE to enforce the gun bans TOO?

      You are correct, my DL and carry is VA, I work in MD and sometimes stay here in MD through the week (job). Sometimes its just easier for a xfer for me, Im down the road a piece in VA lol.
