      WTB a 10/22 receiver, regulated?

      What's the process for buying a 10/22 receiver these days? If I want to do a build, do I have to buy the whole damn rifle in state or can I buy a receiver online without an HQL?

      556r availability..

      I've used the search feature, google, yahoo and my dog. I can't get a solid answer. Is the 556r still available in Md. and if so, is it regulated? It is absent from the ban list but the lack of it being listed does not fill me with a warm, positive glow. Any help would be appreciated.

      Is a trust now worth the effort?

      I am about to pull the trigger on starting a trust. With Pres. Douche now screwing with trusts I have some questions. First, since it appears the CLEO bypass may be deleted, I may only get one item in on my trust before the process is no different than a conventional application. Am I right...

      Sharpening question..

      Where in the Harford county/Belair area can I get a knife professionally sharpened? I can do a fair job, but I've got a few high end knives that I don't want to screw up.
