      To a lady in fla. Next up a colt SAA from 1907 and an all matching # chinese sks. I shoot the colt from time to time with light loads but i have newer SAAs -colt and vaquero- to shoot without worrying I will damage an older revolver. Never shot the sks.

      1917 enfield base plate

      Shot this old gal this am. With each shot the base plate released. I oiled the latch mechanism when i got back, thinking 100 yr old crud kep it from holding the base plate in place. Any suggestions?

      Scoping winchester 75

      No response from the rimfire group so i thought i would ask here. Old win mod 75 with scope blocks. Would like to scope it and shoot it. Any suggestions re scope and whatever else i would need. Need not be period (this rifle is prob late 40s).
