      where do i find or go to get the c&r form sent to me. can't find it on the atf website. is it the same as form 7 ffl liscense

      buying a lower receiver in md

      wondering if there is a problem buying or having transfered a lower receiver in/to md without a shell caseing.. was reading on another forum that it was a problem. should the lower receive come with a caseing? i am 1/2 way thru process of building a ar15. hope i didn't start something i can't...
