For your HK53 you could use an HK33A2 stock to get your length. Also with the factory sliding stock extended and flash hider it should comes in at 29.7" OAL.
The Governor cannot propose legislation and in effect has no veto power. In this state why should he say anything either way? He has no power to affect the legislation.
Trusts are normally a state to state entity so multinstate trusts can get complicated quickly. Although I did my own trust and am familiar enough with Maryland trusts to be confident in it I personally would only have a trust lawyer do up a multi state trust.
So what is to stop someome from going through this as the sole person on a trust and after approval modifying or restating the trust with additional names?
