Have a nice shooter grade k98 for sale. Rifle has been refinished but in a tasteful way. Everything with the exception of the stock/hand guard and cleaning rod match. I will include a bunch of 8mm with sale. Let me know if you have any questions or would like more pics.
I have a heel stamped norinco M14 in a nice usgi stock up for sale. I would love to keep it but need money for something else that caught my eye. Will include an extra chinese bolt free of charge or a stripped TRW bolt for a bit more. Let me know if your intrested.
Nice byf43 P38 up for sale. Matching MINUS the locking block, good bore, original grips and mag. Has a few small spots of pitting on the exterior of the barrel but nothing major. I was told the pistol might be a russian capture due to the fact it was refinished, but I don't see any X stamps on...
I believe that is a "farmers freind" sks imported and created by navy arms. If it is indeed a navy arms farmers freind, I would put the value at 300 or so. The reason for the low value is because of all the missing components i.e bi pod, scope and the extremely rare scope mount. Without those...
Thank you for all your replies. Unfortunately gas is not an option for me and I'm dumping my wood stove to go with pellets so my heat pump doesn't have to stay on 24/7. I was considering a enviro meridian insert but the place i was going to buy from didn't have any in-stock and jacked up the...
Charles maloney was my go to but he doesn't work on m14's anymore. I dont know of anyone local other than fulton armory in savage MD but they are pricey. If you dont mind shipping wolfe firearms in North Carolina would be a good place to check out. Btw Why are you replacing the barrel, is it...
I second the cz 457, accurate, adjustable trigger, and beautiful wood. If you have the money i heard the Lithgow LA101 was really nice, but stupid expensive.
Thank you. I didnt take my time while drilling and egged some of the holes. I also drilled the hole a bit to small to get a tight fit which caused the pins to bend while I was pressing them on. I chose a wen drill press over a harbor freight one, it had better reviews and it worked out well.
Sorry for the long delay. I got paranoid about having the sight canted so I broke down and got a jig. Everything went well minus the pins which are all screwed up, especially my barrel pin... Anyways here is a picture of my build. Now I just need to park and paint it.
Awesome write up. I did not know about the numbering on the parts. I am using childers 80% with an ak builder fcg jig, but I am concerned with alignment.
I am building a two 5.45's. I got the parts pressed in on one of them and the second kit I still have to demil. I still have to drill the pin hole which I am nervous about. Any advice?
I haven't run into the parts being oversized yet, just undersized when compared to the barrel journals. For example the front sight block measured at .570 and the barrel measured at .575, and for that I just sanded both the fsb and barrel to get it to where it was only a .004 diffrence. In your...
Awesome! I am definitely going to need some help. I am trying to do barreled receivers so I need atleast a 30 inch container. I was considering making a pvc parkerizing set up to cut down on cost.
I recently bought a blast cabinet from tractor supply. I also picked up a bag of their black...
