I just looked up Jeremy in the Maryland Client Protection Fund and it shows that he is still active. I would use the below link, search his name and write his Client Protection Fund Number down, then call the phone number for the Court of Appeals in the link, provide them with his name and...
That woman quoted in the last graph is delusional. Shows the effects of our propagandist media on busy folks who don’t have time or inclination to grasp much beyond w/e narrative the media has decided to push.
Haven’t seen the new model. Ive got about 2k rounds through my P10C and I have a pin walking out a lot. I am an idiot so I whacked it back in place with a mag. Feeling like that was not bright. Haven’t shot it since.
I use standard 5.56 magpul gen 2 and 3 mags for 200 and 220 grain 300 bo and never had an issue. I think the ammo was a mixture of hornady, magtech and sig, but I don't recall off the top of my head which grain was which.
Some choice PP quotes in here. I enjoyed how the intern went out of her way to avoid quoting the offensive and nutty things Andrea has posted on social media. Im sure the PP would have received the same courtesy.
Sure, I am referring to after completion of the kit. I don't see any issue with purchasing the 80% kit; I just don't think you can possess the completed firearm in MD. Not legal advice; just a semi-educated guess.
My semi-educated guess is yes, possession of the finished product is still illegal b/c we didn't possess before 10/1/13 and its a 7.62x39 AK. Not legal advice, of course.
JDC is running a Defensive Shotgun I course on 9/28 that I think I’m going to sign up for. Figured I’d post it since a lot of training places seem to post shotgun courses on their site but they never actually schedule them.
That’s crazy. It’s not unusual to have an appellate administrative body that looks at the decisions of other agencies and is an administrative appeal that must be exhausted before Court. That exists all over the place in the law. Smalkin knows this of course. I don’t understand why they’re...
After really limited analysis, I don't see it that way. Seems that DC Cir said Class waived right to challenge constitutionality of the statute under which he pleaded guilty. SCOTUS said Class did not waive those arguments and remanded. DC Cir then considered the merits of the constitutional...
Good point Raineman. I've been following this thread, but I must have missed that. I admit that I am surprised at the relatively low % of "gun related" incidents across the board, even for suicide. And you're right, it does go to show what a joke this is.
