      AR pistol and MD

OAL greater than 26" and vertical fore grip is good to go. The law is the law and people LOVE to live in fear. It is LEGAL to shoulder a AR-pistol brace. End of story on that, unless we want to perpetuate fear, then have at it ;)

      AR pistol and MD

its 100% OK to shoulder a pistol brace. Literally zero doubt.

This has to be an HBAR, RIGHT?

you guys know the square boolits are a joke right? so, what is the actual penalty for having a non-hbar. I have yet to see the actual consequence

This has to be an HBAR, RIGHT?

I am starting to feel that the whole hbar thing via internet forums has become speculatively cautious/afraid. IF something has the dimensions, then it has it in dimensions. If you bought two heavy fluted barrels, one advertised as heavy, the other not, there is no way the state can prosecute...

This has to be an HBAR, RIGHT?

yes the bullets are indeed square

This has to be an HBAR, RIGHT?

      AR pistol and MD

outstanding way to clearly put it. so in short, length of barrel on a pistol lower never truly changes the guns status in regards to an HBAR ruling. only transportation policy is affected.

      AR pistol and MD

Any of the braces can be shouldered FYI
    15. R

      AR pistol and MD

Let's say barrel all said and done is 15.5 NOT 16. Would not be classified as a rifle and not subject to hbar rule
    16. R

      AR pistol and MD

An AR-pistol in md can be any length correct? Therefore not subject to hbar rule. In theory, I could have a 16 inch barreled ar pistol with any barrel profile? I understand after a certain amount of inches this method can also become classified as a firearm or something other than a pistol...

      LWRC downhill?

Reading up and have been mentally dedicating to LWRC as my first rifle purchase, admittly I think the monoforge is a horrendous idea, their bolt is top-notch and what I would carry going down range. The lack of ability to shop aftermarket rails is a serious problem, but I was just going to cut...

      Elk Neck Outdoor range

From what I've gathered the "RSO's" are simply volunteers, looking for confirmation on that. How does one become a volunteer? What actual authority do they have/granted? Is there a no-shit rules list for elk neck range, specifically relating to pistol range? Thanks all, shot there...
