      Black Friday sale??

      New shooter, first Black Friday as a gun owner. Wanting to pick up an AR next week but a couple of people said I’d be crazy not to wait for Black Friday. “Guns go on sale 40% off” How much truth is in that or should I just do it.

      Looking to shoot the sig p320, hk p30, cz something and the usual mp and xd to make sure I don't want those. Is there a range that has all those guns? It saves me a bunch of phone calls so I appreciate the responses before I buy the one

      So I'm ready for my first handgun and I've done all my research. New. 9mm. $500 max. Narrowed down to xd, mp9, G17 or 19 and shield since it's priced so right @370ish. Went to the range and tried them all. G is too big and clunky, xd was too heavy and the mp9 was almost the right generic...

      Recoil management

      So turns out a 40 gr .22lr out of a 4 lbs gun has a .02 lbs of recoil with a non existent recoil velocity. Out of my 6lbs mp 15-22, it is officially the wimpiest round in the world. So if the 223 needs an 8lbs gun for best recoil management, all parts being equal, Colt ARs should be the best all...
