That's what so damn frustrating about this bill. NO clarity whatsoever about simply possessing a 10+ round magazine; they've used every other term (transfer, buying selling). What about simply possessing? What about using a 20 or 30 round magazine at the range? Can anyone offer some input here?

Very nice rifle. I'm wondering, how does it shoot compared to 16" AKs? Also is there a substantial reduction in muzzle blast or just a slight reduction, and how does it point offhand compared to the 16" versions? Thanks.
How many people here carry without the impossible to obtain permit? (Besides alucard who lives in a free state:cool:) I have mixed feelings about whether it's worthwhile... I would move to PA or WV in a second if it was financially feasible.
Hmm, $300 worth of safety bullets® in one magazine, good idea. But why stop there? Why not load ALL your magazines with safety bullets, then you're extra safe!

Anyone know the rules regarding soldiers' ability to bring that kind of thing home? I'd guess no, but it would be cool if they could bring them home and claim ownership through some forms.
