      I usually purchase online in bulk for my rifle ammo and I pretty much know what I like so its not a problem. I have picked up a couple of handguns lately and want to try a single box of some different types of ammo. This isn't really cost effective with shipping for a box here or there...

      CCW replace HQL for secondary sale of handgun???

      Selling a handgun at the moment. Potential buyer says he has CCW and that has used that in place of HQL in the past. [ Alarm bells going off in my head ] Is that legal? In all of my searching I can find nothing that says the 77R can be filled out with anything other than a valid HQL number...
