      May-Issue goes to the courts

Absolutely none at this point. Because the 2nd amendment is unincorporated, the Heller decision will have no impact on state-level laws. Ergo; nothing will change in Maryland.

Mental Health Inspections to be required in Maryland.....

Yeah, that's different from the subject at hand which would evidently require mental health exams for handgun purchases.

      Where to buy a Glock

Have you considered buying online and having it shipped to an FFL? I've saved loads of money that way.

Mental Health Inspections to be required in Maryland.....

I'd be more worried about this part. After all, we are under the jurisdiction of the Handgun Roster Control Board.

Mental Health Inspections to be required in Maryland.....

http://mlis.state.md.us/cgi-win/web_statutes.exe?gsg&3-401 If what you're saying is true, then O'Malley's order WAY oversteps what an executive order is supposed to be able to do in this state.

US Senate Shuts down UN attempts at gun grabbing

http://www.nraila.org/Legislation/Federal/Read.aspx?id=3228 I am VERY interested to know who those 10 nutjobs are.

Mental Health Inspections to be required in Maryland.....

I doubt the veracity of this. The governor's website is very frequently updated, and if this occurred today he would've posted it: http://www.governor.maryland.gov/index.asp

      Sheila Dixon visits Michael Bloomberg

I don't think that's a newsflash to any of us.

      Have you ever been stopped...

Yeah, I got stopped for speeding (really a drunk driving check because I didn't get a ticket going 50 in a 35 woo!) after going to a bar between going to the range and going home. For the record, I had absolutely nothing to drink. I did not disclose that I had firearms in the car (everything...

Good thing my mental health records are clean. :/

FINALLY! A nickname that is amusing and not something that a 4th grader would make up at the playground.

      Sheila Dixon visits Michael Bloomberg

I used my old Posts for covering my table when cleaning my guns. I thought it was pretty fitting.

      The media and guns

I have no idea how companies like Clear Channel haven't been brought up on anti-trust violations yet. This is one of those situations where the federal government should absolutely interfere with the free market. Lack of competition does nothing but hurt the consumer.

Support for a Term Limits Bill in Md Legislature

I have to say, the negative that you describe here is far outweighed by the positives of term limits, unfortunately. You do make a good point though, since prior to election politicians will lie, lie, lie to win. There's no good way of judging how they will perform. How long are terms in...

      The media and guns

Unfortunately, the media exists to sell things. Scaring people seems to sell things, so that's what they run. Guns are scary, ergo bad, so they get demonized to sell papers. It doesn't help that until recently, the gun lobby has been a little overzealous to the point of alienating moderates...

      Politicians

I'm the one who said I agree to disagree, you're the one who kept having at it. I don't know you, so how in god's name could I have a personal grudge against you?
