      FFL/MSP Transfer for .22 Semi-Auto?

      I'm not sure if this the right spot for this but I couldn't find any where else. Been looking at buying a Semi-Auto .22LR (primarily a Marlin 795 but also 10/22) and started looking at some used ones. Two separate ads for 795s and one for a 10/22 said they would meet at FFL or MSP barracks...
