      Catoctin HS Threat Twarted:

Well that is terrifying...glad they found it in time. I wonder what information the "concerned parent" had that tipped off law enforcement.

      Any golfers around Harford County?

Yeah I usually go on the weekends (No government workers are there on the weekend) :D. And in the afternoon...Twilight fees and the course is way less busy.

      Any golfers around Harford County?

Hmmmm on one hand they are probably used to hearing shots around APG. On the other hand we might be gunned down for bringing firearms right near the base...

      Any golfers around Harford County?

All of my golf buddies keep moving away...To my knowledge it has nothing to do with me :innocent0. Anyone in the Harford County area interested in golfing once a week at the most this year? I'm 25, usually walk, shoot about bogey golf - I just play for fun. Usually play Ruggles right off the...

      "Interesting" arf dot com threat

Eventually someone did set him straight about the 20" barrel nonsense, but not all the way straight. It was hard to read. What worried me was wanting to shoot "a bad guy" at 400-600 yards...

Suggestions for a Cheap Plinker .22?

There are so many of all of these .22s out there that there are bound to be people who have problems with EVERY model, no matter how well they are made... That said...Everyone should let me know if they see any Savage FV-SRs floating around out there... :)

Suggestions for a Cheap Plinker .22?

I'm actually leaning towards the Savage Mark II FV-SR for the factory threaded barrel after reading through all the suggestions again. Always wanted a suppressed 22...

Suggestions for a Cheap Plinker .22?

I would love to spend that much. Problem is I'm going to let my left leaning friends shoot the .22 so that they don't have to subject themselves with weapons that would trigger their PTSD from getting their foot stepped on in an elevator or something :tantrum: (AR-15 / AR-Pistol, 9mm, AK 47, 50...

Suggestions for a Cheap Plinker .22?

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. Looks like I will be on the lookout for Ruger 10/22s. This is exactly what I was looking for.

Suggestions for a Cheap Plinker .22?

Anywhere from $200 - $400 would be fine with me, just looking on a consensus for good .22 rifle in that range. I would also prefer an older used .22 if possible. I just like the older stuff

Suggestions for a Cheap Plinker .22?

I am looking for some options for a cheap plinker .22 rifle to shoot with friends for fun when I do not feel like burning through .223 or 7.62x39. I have seen some older Stevens .22 semi autos that I really like...but i have not been able to find for sale yet. Opinions on these? What are...

Glad you all found it useful :) sorry about the extra $7 though, didn't read the fine print. Reason I shared was because best price I have seen to the door in the last few months is $120 to the door.
