      Banned Firearm Question

      Folks please don't get pissed, I have read allot of posts threads and such but I am still a little confused. If a Maryland resident took possession of an "assault Rifle" BACK IN 2010 but never registered it is there any way to now get around the gun ban here in Maryland? Thank you so much...
