      Wear & Carry permit

Get the license if for no other reason than to add a positive statistic to prove that concealed carry does NOT increase "gun violence". It is hard to argue against our right to carry when you see thousands of law abiding citizens carrying with no detrimental effect at all.

Thank you for this this is a relief. I visit the canal occasionally and see the posted signage that says that firearms are prohibited. I am thinking maybe they are just leaving signs up...

It cost my Wife and I $7626.00 to legally Carry a Handgun in 44 States!

Arrived at the Foster Police Department headquarters in Foster. Sgt. Peters is the person who handles the permitting process. He is a nice person and very professional. He took me in early. I had to get photographed and fingerprinted. After about 30 minutes, I had my permit card in hand...

It cost my Wife and I $7626.00 to legally Carry a Handgun in 44 States!

For Foster, you mail the application in and then have to go in for fingerprinting and a photo. Originally, when I looked to apply for the Rhode Island permit, I went to handgunlawus and found that Foster was listed. It looked straightforward and so I applied.

It cost my Wife and I $7626.00 to legally Carry a Handgun in 44 States!

Finally got my approval for my RI permit. A very nice dispatcher called and gave me options to come up for the appointment. I will be heading up this week. In looking into this issue, I found that the Foster , RI police department is very small and has gotten swamped with permit applications...

Do you have a NJ Carry Permit? Read This!

I did the requalification. If you are proficient with a handgun, it should be easy for you. While I hated having to do it after already having a permit, I have to admit that, in my opinion, the training is useful, and in my mind, necessary for many. I have observed persons with permits who do...

It cost my Wife and I $7626.00 to legally Carry a Handgun in 44 States!

I have encountered issues when applying for out-of-state permits in Maryland. While on paper, qualifying seems straightforward, in my experience, it isn't always. When I went to qualify for NJ, RI, and MA. I looked for a local NRA instructor. Some said no, Some never replied to calls or emails...

It cost my Wife and I $7626.00 to legally Carry a Handgun in 44 States!

I went to the Recoil shooting range to "requalify" for my NJ permit and I had a good experience. Nice clean place. Best part was down to earth people. Regular folks who are helpful. One issue was that at the beginning, the class had to sit through a sales talk for US law shield. They really...

It cost my Wife and I $7626.00 to legally Carry a Handgun in 44 States!

I called and spoke to the Recoil range. Very helpful. He said they don't sell ammo so you will have to bring your own. You must bring a gun the YOU own. You must draw from concealment. IWB holster is okay but it can't be appendix carry or in the rear. Holster position wise, he said they would...

It cost my Wife and I $7626.00 to legally Carry a Handgun in 44 States!

Hey, thank you so much. You are always so helpful and knowledgeable. You always share information. I signed up for a Recoil class. I see that they dropped the 25 yard qualification shooting. That is good. I qualified the first time with a micro-compact 9mm and it was a challenge.

It cost my Wife and I $7626.00 to legally Carry a Handgun in 44 States!

Yikes, Looks like I may be subject to those guidelines. What a bunch of crap. I sent an email to NJSP Woodstown to ask. I found info on the Vineland Police website and looking at the shooting qualifications, Thats exactly what I did in front of an NRA instructor. If I need to requalify, where...
