I was with rbird last night and enjoyed meeting you and your wife, as well as seeing how excited she was at hitting 21. Sounds like I might have to ask her how she likes the Blantons next time I see you both! ;)
I've been using these for about 5 years now. Can adjust the volume for conversation and I change the battery before every range trip or match. Great price as 5 years ago they were a couple hundred dollars...
Each "Relay" consists of 5 rounds of shooting at 6 targets /round (avg the time for the 5 rounds is your relay score). If you shoot 1 relay, and don't miss...30 rounds of ammo. You may sign up for as many relays as you like, $5/relay. While it is a competition, the day is generally focused on...
Great, thanks! Makes it simple! Well, sounds simple but I clearly will need to start practicing the safety release on the draw during dry fire since I'm used to a striker fired pistol.
So, squaregrouper must have been reading my mind...I just got a Shadow 2 and without a decocker, I was wondering what condition to start in. I was under the impression that "production" was to start in DA, ie I'd need to lower the hammer with one of the various techniques out there. Am I to...
Appreciate it...and a worthy family member I shall strive to be! I may not be the fastest at hitting the steel, but I proved to be pretty good at hitting the hole in the top of the barrel on a mag dump a few months ago. :innocent0
Thanks, she's back to herself again!
I too would be in for 9mm, even up to the $400-500/1000, in order to keep shooting AGC matches with rbird7282 and Occam & Occam's wife ;). I agree with Occam though that it might be best to create as equitable a distribution as possible to participants as the stated goal is to continue with the...
So when I finished the stage (and got them all), after a lot of time and a lot of ammo, I turn around to hear the RSO's say to each other..."is there a max time on this stage?" :lol2: Since it was my first time shooting a spinning target of any kind, I'm kind of glad they let me go until I got...
Thanks to everyone for making my first Steel Challenge a success! From the event organizers, to the squad RSO's and shooters, all of them welcoming, patient, and instructive. I really only had three requirements of myself, those being to shoot safely, have fun, and not come in last...all three...
Thankfully, I haven't had to deal w/tech support thus far. For the OP, I agree that with a couple strong magnetic hooks for hanging HG's, and only one of the shelfs installed you can get a decent amount of hardware in there.
Even more humorous than her being triggered was the fact that she didn't crop the image she posted well enough...if you've seen it, you know what I mean. ;)
