      DC C&R license

      I PMed him the other day and have not heard back, I hope he sees it eventually I have found that the Licensing division does not always know the laws themselves, so I like to know the facts before going in there. Thank you!

      Is it legal to register pistols that are not on the list, as long as they are C&R eligible? I have heard mixed things Or do I need a C&R license in order to do this? Thank you!
