Can a bull barrel be considered an HBAR for the purposes of AR15 compliance? I'm thinking of buying an upper in a bull barrel configuration, but not sure. It's definitely heavy, but not sure how MDSP interprets it. -

Yup, on the 7CR form, you have to initial it. So I guess I'll just do that. Also odd is they ask for your hunting license state/number/etc. And the CLEO copy 2 doesn't let you type in the information. Not a great form.- flyhimd

?? From what I've read so far, the handgun roster does have it under IWI as it as a Jericho 941, but then includes a model number listed as R-40. The "R" model of the Jericho has a decocker/safety on the slide itself; the F model has a safety not safety/decocker) on the frame. Will this matter... -

Confusingly, the federal law allows you to transport from one state where you may possess AND carry to another state where may possess AND carry.
