I think having a justice die before a ruling was made public has happened ..I think it was the Fisher case when Scalia died and the case was 4-4 and the lower courts ruling stood- Pope414

DC did it at the Appellate Court..with this case it`s not just the 2 men that applied the NY Rifle & pistol clubs are party to the suit as well...after the last case imho the SCOTUS won't let them moot the suit this late- Pope414

Scotus Justices are human and it is in our DNA to remember especially pain and deception.. I know the "right thing" is to say every case is a clean slate but our DNA won`t allow that even if it is subconsciously. Don`t know why..can`t explain why but..I have a feeling because this case is too quiet...I have a feeling this case gets Cert..after that shitshow in the 9th and with a case from the 3rd right on it`s heels..Roberts knows the votes are there..
