      I do thank all you guys for your help. I dont want to piss these guys off trying to push the issue. I realize C&R lisences are cheap and save money, but i only plan on getting 1-2 guns (im sure thats what they all say). I needed a HQL longterm, just didnt feel like it right this moment...

      Transferring c&r pistol from out of state cousin

      Long time lurker. I have an elder cousin with a c&r pistol that we want to transfer ownership to me. He lives in pa, I live in md. Neither of us are c&r dealers. How do we transfer the pistol? Just walk into a ffl01 dealer and pay to transfer, or can this be done at the state police barracks?
