      Well it looks like I am going to have to cave and give in to this BS! My lawyer friend mentioned suing for performance; (can't remember the exact term he used), but I don't think I want to go there.       Unfortunately I have to agree with you! After reviewing all of the good input from you folks on this forum; (many thanks!), it seems the bottom line here is the FFL has the final say and through my dealings with him thus far I don't believe he has any intention of changing his mind.       I appreciate your input however I did research this seller adn used this dealer on recommendation from a good friend of mine who used to work there. I also appreciate you guys wanting to know who the dealer is but I would prefer to wait until I get this whole thing settled. Thanks, Tom
