Do you think there is any chance the MSP will stop processing pre-Oct paperwork (not drop it entirely, but put it on back burner) so they can go full-bore on 1 Oct and later paperwork to mitigate their susceptibility to complaints centered around new laws?

I guess I was really just trying to raise a different point. If a burglery or ID theft case occurs, and it points back to this data breech, is anyone concerned that the highest levels of MSP (the same ones involved with the scheme to share data to begin with) might not support solving the case?
Another Concern?
First off, I don't intend to imply that law enforcement personnel are corrupt, so please keep that in mind.
My concern, simply, is that if any of us do have an issue with burglary or identify theft as a result of a data breach, can we fully trust all levels of MSP to help us...
