I returned my Gander purchase - they hadn't even sent paperwork yet. However, unfortunately, they refused to tear up the papers or even write VOID; They will still send paperwork off to MSP. I purchased a SW 380 Bodyguard from a local shop doing 8 day release. Hopefully I don't get denied...- dorkus619

Newbie here. So as the law/bill currently stands - A person must have cleared paperwork/background check and pick up handgun PRIOR to Oct 1 to avoid HQL stuff? As I had understood, a person had to "purchase" (my definition - pay for) by the Oct 1 deadline to avoid HQL hurdles. :confused...
