      A rifle for a seven year old…

I'm definitely not an airsoft expert, but if you're near mid-Calvert and want to check out one of the AR rifles you're welcome. These AR platform airsoft rifles are pretty awesome.

      A rifle for a seven year old…

Short version: 22: S&W 15-22 BB: Crosman 781 or equivalent single-pump. Other consideration: Airsoft AR, electric. Longer version: Just went through this with my sons, they are 11 now. The biggest issue starting off was finding something with a good length-of-pull. The Cricket was a perfect...

      Holster quandary

I would spend the money on a right handed holster. You are already use to carrying on the belt and say you can shoot well right handed. I think that will give you the less deviation from what you are accustomed. I wouldn’t pocket carry six rounds when I could belt carry 10 plus.

Does MD wear & carry qual have to be done with centerfire?

Concur that would be ideal. But the state requirement for the qual course does not specify centerfire only.

Does MD wear & carry qual have to be done with centerfire?

There’s no requirement to use centerfire. I have listed 22’s on qual forms with no issues.

      Paramount Tactical life saving training

For those not familiar with Instagram, that post has subsequent photos and a caption advertising a variety of medical courses they offer: TECC, EMT, Stop the Bleed. I have not trained with them, nor have I heard anything about them good or bad. If you're asking about feedback for that type of...

Calvert county parks w picnic tables???

Closest to Asbury, there’s a small park across RT 4 just behind Ruddy Duck on the left. 2-3 covered picnic tables, no grills there. Next closest is Calvert Cliffs state park (the tire park). Plenty of picnic tables and some with charcoal grills. Hope this helps, —Ken

MD Wear and Carry Training Exemption

Taking the training when you’re training exempt will not increase the likelihood of approval. I’d be glad to help if you need a second set of eyes on your G&S reasoning. When looking for training, be weary of instructors that promise a higher likelihood of approval if you train with them vs...

      HQL clarification

Did I mention it was confusing? The three year limit applies to qualified handgun instruction only. In place of that, you can have applied for the Hunter Safety course certificate, to which the three year limit does not apply.
